Refund policy

At iModWatch, we strive for transparency in all transactions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the rigorous terms outlined in this Strict Return & Refund Policy. Please review these details carefully before placing your order. All sales are considered final unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.


 

Strict Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 

A request for a return or refund will only be considered for an item that is structurally defective or was incorrectly shipped.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items ONLY: We do not accept returns for reasons of buyer's remorse, subjective dissatisfaction, change of mind, personal preference, or failure to meet expectations (e.g., "I don't like the size" or "The color is different than I imagined").

  • Condition and Packaging: The item must be absolutely unused, unworn, and in pristine, resalable condition. It must be returned with all original, factory-sealed packaging, protective film, and tags intact. Any sign of wear, use, damage, or removal of protective materials will result in an immediate rejection of the refund request.

  • Return Window: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Any request made after this highly limited window will be denied.

Non-Eligible Items

We will not process a refund or exchange for any item that:

  • Does not have a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipment error.

  • Shows any evidence of being worn, adjusted, or used.

  • Is not returned with its original, undamaged, sealed packaging.

  • Was returned due to personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction.


 

Fees, Shipping, and Risk

 

Customers assume full responsibility for all costs and risks associated with any attempted return.

  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any final refund amount.

  • Shipping & Handling Fees: Original shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping and Risk: The customer is entirely responsible for the cost of return shipping. You must use a shipping service with tracking, signature confirmation, and full insurance for the item's value. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to us. Failure to use adequate insurance means the loss is the customer's.

  • Cancellation Fee: A 7% cancellation fee (charged by our payment gateway) will be deducted from the refund even if the order is cancelled before it ships.


 

Processing Returns and Refunds

 

Refunds are strictly conditional upon full compliance with this entire policy.

  1. Request Initiation: Email info@wrwatches.com within the 7-day window with your Order Number and detailed evidence (photos/video) of the manufacturing defect or shipping error.

  2. Inspection: Once received, the item will undergo a strict inspection. If the item is deemed used, damaged, or not in resalable condition, or if the defect is determined to be the result of customer negligence, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.

  3. Refund Processing: If approved after inspection and the deduction of the 25% restocking fee and other applicable charges, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
